Simply provide us with the referral details and we’ll do the rest.
How it works
1. Ask any friends or colleagues who are thinking about building if you can nominate them for our Referral Program.
2. Enter your friend’s details using the form below.
3. We’ll contact them once to offer a friendly introduction call.
4. We’ll do the rest! If your friend signs up to a build contract, you will receive your reward when their slab goes down.
Terms and Conditions
The referral incentives are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The referred person must enter into a house building contract.
- If your Contract or your friend’s Contract cancels, this offer is null and void.
Referred clients must be new clients to New Era Homes i.e. we have not spoken to them about building previously.
The referee can refer multiple friends – there’s no limit.
This referral incentive is confidential and will end at the discretion of Our Management.
- The referral payment will be paid into the referrer’s nominated bank account when the referred person’s home commences construction (slab down stage).
- Entry into this program is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Please note: Respecting the privacy of others is a priority for us. Any referral must be authorised by the person that is being referred.
